Leaving from the Capital of the west coast state of Oregon, traveling through the heart of the United States, to the steps of the United States Capitol.
Together, we'll cross the 4th largest country in the world to send an unignorable message.

May 26 - June 5
Hey Ogden & Salt Lake City
The Women’s Walk Across America
is passing through your area and we need your help.
Walk with us! With each step, we commit to staying engaged in
the fight to protect women’s rights all across this great nation.
Details:
This is an active relay. You will be provided with logistical details regarding where to meet up with the group. It is an opportunity to walk alongside our long-distance walkers, hear their stories and discuss what calls each of us to stand up and say: NO MORE!
What we need most:
Walkers: The best show of support is to join us on the walk. As our numbers grow, so does our visibility.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, or end-of-day; providing nourishment to walkers (breakfast burritos, sandwiches, tacos, etc.).
Lodging: Housing or a place walkers can camp. Can be as simple as allowing a tent to be pitched in your backyard. Access to showers is always appreciated, but not a necessity.
Support Drivers:
1) Parking on-route with flashers activated, alerting other drivers to the presence of foot traffic.
2) Having a cold beverage station and/or shade tent available.
3) Leap-frogging ahead to repeat the support, or transporting baggage between locations.
Coordination & Route Planning: Locals who are familiar with the area can provide considerable assistance as route coordinators. Your local expertise is preferable to the often unreliable metrics that are available online.
